Peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pot (not above the smoke point) and fry the carrot and celery for about 3 minutes.
Add the water, the potatoes and the bay leaf and season with vegetable broth powder. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are firm to the bite. Remove the bay leaf, then add the cooked peas (for me it is puree, as the split peas fall apart during cooking).
Stir and let it cool down. To serve, mix V-Complete with the cooled soup and serve your dog.
