Delivery within Germany can be done either with DHL GoGreen or dpd. Letters will be sent by Deutsche Post.

Shipping to destinations in the EU is done via DHL Go Green.

From a value of 58.00 € we ship your order free of shipping costs within Germany.

In addition to the product prices shown, we charge the following shipping costs, which are also clearly listed in the ordering process and are available to choose:

Shipping with Deutsche Post in Germany: 1.55 € to 105g (equivalent to up to 3 Greta Mini)

Shipping with Deutsche Post in Germany: 2.70 € for up to 9 Greta Mini

Shipping with DHL Go Green in Germany: 3.95 € up to 1 kg and 1x Greta Small Kibble

Shipping with DHL Go Green in Germany: 4.75 € up to 30kg

Shipping with dpd in Germany: 3.95 € up to 1 kg and 1x Greta Small Kibble

Shipping with dpd in Germany: 4.10€ up to 30kg

Shipping with DHL Go Green in the EU 14€ per 29kg. From an order value of 58€ the shipping costs are 7€ per 29kg. Free of shipping costs are orders above 120€.

Shipment is covered by insurance and can be tracked via a tracking number.
