Pea pralines with sweet potato slices and broccoli florets
Not just for dogs
1 daily serving for a 15kg dog (33 lb)
- 400g Frozen Peas
- 110g Sweet Potato
- 120g Broccoli
- 20g Oat Flakes
- 50g Smoked Tofu
- 25g Rapeseed Oil
- 2g Salt
- 6g V-Complete
- Nutrional Yeast to taste
Peel the sweet potato, cut it into slices and fry it in a little oil on both sides. Salt lightly and let it cool down.
Simmer the peas in a little water and then set aside to cool. Cut the broccoli into florets and also cook in a little water, then leave to cool.
Chop the cooled peas so that they are easier to digest. I like to use a Moulinette for this. Puree the smoked tofu with the oil and mix with the peas. Add yeast flakes, oat flakes, salt and V-Complete, mix everything well and form small pralines with two spoons.
Arrange with the broccoli florets, the slices of sweet potato and serve.
