Cubed Caribbean Tofu

With Mango, Coconut and Quinoa

1 daily serving for a 15kg dog (33 lb)



300 g plain Tofu
150 g Quinoa, cooked
150 g Cauliflower
100 g Mango
10 g grated Coconut
10 g Coconut oil
50 g Chicory
0.5 g Salt
Some Lemon juice (1 dash)
Lemon zest
Ground Cumin
Ground Coriander



  • First, wash the quinoa and boil it with water and 1g salt.

  • Continue with the cauliflower cleaning.

  • Then put it in a pot with a little water and cook it until al dente. 

  • Leave the quinoa and cauliflower to cool.

  • Now you can finely chop the mango, chicory and lemon zest and mix with lemon juice, a little water, the remaining salt, coriander, turmeric and cumin and half the coconut oil or puree into a sauce.

  • The tofu is cut into nice cubes and marinated with the sauce and half the grated coconut.

  • Now mix V-Complete with the cooled quinoa, the remaining coconut oil and the grated coconut. Now everything is ready to be served. Bon appétit.
