Directions

									Peel the sweet potato, cut it into slices and fry it in a little oil on both sides. Salt lightly and let it cool down.

									Simmer the peas in a little water and then set aside to cool. 
- 
									
									
									Cut the broccoli into florets and also cook in a little water, then leave to cool. 
- 
									
									
									Chop the cooled peas so that they are easier to digest.I like to use a Moulinette for this. 
- 
									
									
									Puree the smoked tofu with the oil and mix with the peas. 
- 
									
									
									Add yeast flakes, oat flakes, salt and V-Complete, mix everything well and form small pralines with two spoons. 
- 
									
									
									Arrange with the broccoli florets, the slices of sweet potato and serve. Buon Appetito.
