Vegan Snack for Dogs

Gluten/Seitan Powder
Spices according to preference (varying each time). I use e.g.:

Caraway seeds

Coriander seeds

drops smoke flavor

Teaspoon(s)
Soy sauce

Teaspoon(s)

Preparation
Directions

Mix all ingredients except for the gluten powder well with a (stick) blender.

Then add the gluten powder, stir in and knead briefly to form a dough.

Transfer to a gratin dish with lid and smooth the surface.

Put the lid on and give the dish into a pan with a steamer basket and some water.

Steam for an hour, let cool and pour off excess water. Voilà.

Cut into cubes, the Vurst is great to take outside as a treat, mix into food or in slices on toasted bread😋.
