Silke from the online platform Pawshake approached me with an interview request. I thought that was a great idea and threw myself into answering the questions.
Here you can find the interview in German and here in English.
Of course we find Pawshake just as interesting and that's why I asked Silke to answer a few questions as well.
What do you offer at Pawshake?
Pawshake connects pet parents with loving and experienced local pet sitters, which are a great alternative to local dog boarding facilities and pet hotels.
The following services can be booked at Pawshake.
- Walking service (which is the most popular among the current COVID-19 circumstances).
- Home visits to the pet owner
- Dog day care at the pet sitter
- Overnight dog care at the pet sitter
- House sitting with the pet owner
A pet sitter caters to your pet's exact needs, and you can be sure your pet will get all the love and attention they need while you're away.
How did you get involved with 'vegan dog food'?
My partner and I have been living vegan for many years and when we decided to welcome a dog, it was important to us that he could also be healthy and happy on a plant-based diet. For this I did a lot of research and found some great products (of course Vegan4Dogs:-).
In addition, I also cook once a day myself for our dog. She likes it and more importantly, she is doing great. Fortunately, we found a vet who can confirm this and is open to a plant-based diet for dogs.
Well, and when I wanted to order plant-based dog food again, I came across Vegan4Dogs, find your concept great and your appearance very likeable and think the interview offers a great opportunity for our readers to learn a bit more about this topic - especially now - in times of COVID-19, where many people are rethinking their treatment of the environment and animals 🙂
